Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident ordering from Daily Rally Co.

Because we are currently in a product testing and early launch phase, all sales are considered final unless an item arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the issue

We'll review the issue and work with you on a replacement or resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect sizing or preference
  • Normal wear and tear

Processing

Approved resolutions will be handled as quickly as possible. Replacement items (if applicable) may ship directly from our supplier.
