Customer Shipping Guarantee
We want your Daily Rally order to arrive quickly and safely. If there are ever issues with delivery or tracking, please contact us and we'll make it right.
Processing Time
All in-house apparel and accessories are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of purchase. Orders are not processed on weekends or major holidays.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates
We offer the following U.S. shipping options:
- Free Shipping on Daily Rally products
Delivery typically arrives within 3-5 business days after shipment, depending on your location.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.
Print-on-Demand Items
Some items, including books, are produced and shipped through our print partner. These items may ship separately from other products in your order and may have different delivery times. Shipping costs and delivery estimates for print-on-demand items are calculated at checkout.
You will receive tracking information for each shipment once your items have been dispatched.
Daily Rally offers a mix of in-house products and select partner-shipped items.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
Daily Rally is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an address error, the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped, it is in the hands of the carrier. If your package is delayed or lost, please contact the shipping carrier first using your tracking number.
