Returns & Exchanges

At Daily Rally, each piece is produced in limited batches to ensure quality and intentional design. Because of this, we offer store credit only for eligible returns. Please review our return policy carefully before purchasing.

Apparel & In-House Products

We accept returns on unworn, unwashed apparel within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unworn and unwashed
  • Item must be in original condition
  • Item must be free of stains, odors, or damage
  • Proof of purchase is required

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Once the return is received and inspected, a store credit code will be issued via email. Store credit codes are typically issued within 3-5 business days after the return has been approved and inspected. Store credit does not expire and can be used on future purchase.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Due to limited inventory, we cannot guarantee size availability for direct exchanges.

If you need a different size, return your item for store credit and place a new order (if available).

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or store credit:

  • Recovery & wellness products
  • Partner-shipped items
  • Print-on-demand books and journals
    Print-on-demand items are produced specifically for your order and are only eligible for replacement if they arrive damaged, defective, or contain printing error.
  • Clearance or discounted items
  • Gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at: orders@dailyrallyco.com

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the item
  • Description of the issue

We will resolve the issue promptly.

Return Instructions

Returns must be approved before being sent back. Please contact us to receive return instructions and the correct return address.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

We reserve the right to refuse returns or store credit if items are returned in used or damaged condition that does not meet the return requirements outlined above.
